60mm Macro and standard lenses

Standard 35mm lenses. 50-100mm lenses seem to work best. Either normal or reversed.

This one is a Nikkor 55mm micro. Also used is a Canon 50mm macro lens.

A rear lens cap has the center cut-out and glued to a step-down ring.
